DIVE
MADAGASCAR
  WITH REEFCOMBER TOURS
NOSY BE   -  LIVEABOARDS

The late Jacques Cousteau described these waters as the world's most beautiful diving resort. The underwater panorama which opens before your eyes will truly leave you breathless... which is an unfortunate cliché to use, seeing as you'll be scuba diving or snorkelling at the time!

The reef dives range from shallow dives to wall dives. The coral is in pristine condition, as they can only be reached by yacht or large vessels, and so large that many sights have yet to be discovered.

Madagascar has recently started to attract the interest of diving, fishing and island hopping tours. The most popular and beautiful group of islands in the Malagasy republic lie in the Northern tip of the country, namely Nosy Be, which have which have varying attractions and beauty. The islands offer fantastic diving where the fish life, coral and snow white beaches are in pristine condition and relatively untouched.

Starcat.gif (69962 bytes) THE CHARTERS
Our charters are the only way in which visitors to Madagascar can experience the entire Nosy Be island archipelago. (Many of the outer islands would otherwise be impossible to reach). The essence of our charters, is island hopping, from the remote Radama islands in the south of the area, to the Mitsio isles to the north. While there are eight complete sets of scuba gear on board, we do advise clients to bring their own wetsuits, fins, masks and snorkels. (This is important, because not all sizes are catered for in the existing equipment sets). The friendly, experienced and carefully appointed crew, will attend to clients' every needs while on board. And the 5 star chef consistently provides hallucinatory meals, utilising French and Malagasy recipes. Fresh fish, prawns, crabs, calamari and beef are combined with fresh vegetables and tropical fruits.
There are 3 options to choose from:

Maryland 37: 6 guests can comfortably cruise in this elegant trawler thanks to its vast saloon. A skipper and a hostess ensure a smiling and skilful service as well for the practice of water sports as for living on board

Bahia 46: 4 double cabins with TV and private bathroom are designed to accommodate 8 guests on board. The cuisine is enhanced by the sampling of local dishes and fresh fish if fishing is successful. On the deck, bathing mattresses are waiting for you.

Marquises 56: This spendid catamaran, with its 4 spacious double cabins equipped with the satelitte TV and private bathroom, its wonderful saloon decorated with leather and exotic wood, its large fore and rear-deck perfectly desinged, the Marquises 56 welcomes you in an exclusive luxury. After your nautical activities or back from an excursion, you will enjoy our refined and inventive cuisine.

Diving & Entertainment:

At leisure to snorkel, dive, fish or just have fun. If you are a diver you can drop overboard into the indigo blue waters and descend through an outstanding kaleidoscope of colour. Meet with the whale sharks, sea turtles, dolphins and mantas.
View the spectacular scenery of untouched coral reefs with their prolific marine life. Surface from this underwater wonderland to relax on board with a drink and savour the delectable cuisine prepared by our chef, including the fresh catches of the day.
For those who do not dive or fish you can go island hopping and discover the islands within the Nosy Be archipelago. Go snorkelling or just soak up the sun.
