OPTION A : Budget Scuba - Inland
 For the budget conscious. This Open Water Course is a part-time course and includes all knowledge development sessions, confined-water sessions (pool), as well as four open water dives, conducted entirely inland at Bass Lake / Miracle Waters. The course is scheduled in the evenings on weekdays from 6pm to approx. 8.30pm and half-days on weekends.
OPTION B : Standard Scuba - CoastalThe most popular option for the Open Water Diver Course. The Standard Scuba is regularly scheduled and conducted part-time over a period of two weeks. The course includes all knowledge development, confined-water sessions (pool), two inland dives as well as two sea dives in Sodwana Bay. Thereafter there are additional three dives included, with the possibility of gaining your first dive credit for your Advanced Course. Accommodation in two-man dome tents is included in the course price. The course is scheduled in the evenings on weekdays from 6pm to approx. 8.30pm and half-days on weekends.
OPTION C : Executive Scuba  C1 : Self Study
This convenient self-study Open Water Diver Course is personalised for you to fit your schedule and to meet your needs. The course includes Open Water video and manuals with academic lectures. Four pool dives and four open water dives to qualify at the coast or inland.
C2 : Tell us what you want!
This Executive Course is personalised for you to fit in with your schedule and meet your needs, offering a range of different accommodations and destinations for your qualifying dives. The final course price is determined by your dive destination and lecture choices, e.g. Maldives, Sodwana Bay Lodge, Mozambique, Seychelles, etc.
INCLUDED IN COST:  Introductory brochures and information
Crewpack : manual, RDP tables and logbook.
Dives at Bass Lake / Miracle Waters: Open water dives inland at altitude.
Open water dives in the sea.
Accommodation at coast (options B & C1).
Use of the latest model scuba equipment for the duration of the course, comprising of buoyancy compensator, regulator, octopus & cylinder.
All airfills required during the course.
Personal attention of qualified instructors and divemasters.
Certificate and awards ceremony at the end of the course.

DIVE COURSES DO NOT INCLUDE :
- Items of a personal nature: swimming gear, towels, protective lotions - Personal equipment, i.e. masks, snorkel, fins, weights and weight-belt
- Wetsuits are not included, but are however available for hire -
- Transport to and from Dive Travel Centre, Bass Lake and Sodwana Bay -
- Entrance fees to: Bass Lake R40 plus R10 per vehicle/trailer, Sodwana R20 gate entrance, R5 Community Levy, Parks Board R40 per day
- Meals and snacks - trips are generally self-catering (enquire about fully catered package if required) |
